Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking Sessions

Sessions can be booked weekly, fortnightly, or as needed. I'll work with your schedule to find suitable appointment times across Edinburgh, Glasgow, and Central Scotland, or online.

Cancellation Notice

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged at the full rate, unless due to emergency circumstances.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service and can be made by cash, bank transfer, or card. For ongoing sessions, we can arrange convenient payment schedules.
